As soon as I saw the No Good Deed movie trailer, there was no doubt that I would not only see the movie when it reached theaters on the 12th of September, but I would enjoy it as well. Firstly, both Idris and Taraji have fierce acting skills, and if anyone can pull off this stalk me down and kill me by crazy movie, it’s those two. As a matter of fact, I do believe that this is there first role together (I could be wrong but hope not), so they are bound to bring it.
Being a writer myself, I must point out that the screenplay was written by Aimee Lagos who you may know from the movie 96 Minutes because she’s behind that screenplay and directed the movie as well. What Aimee Lagos has put together for us in No Good Deed is a madman who pretends to be a good guy who ends up in the house of a good girl that only wanted to help out when he ran into some trouble. So much for her GOOD DEED because the good girl ends up fighting for her life.
As you see in the No Good Deed trailer, Elba plays Evans, and is described as a malignant narcissist. He breaks free from prison, and basically sets his eyes on his prey to never let up. Taraji, who plays the woman of good deed, doesn’t know fully what she ‘s gotten herself into, and the trailer shows what she doesn’t know – pure terror in a fine body.
Let’s all make this movie number one for obvious reasons.
