Heads up people.  Word is out that Jennifer Lopez, though Sony and her are splitsville, will definitely be coming out with her new album Love?, according to OnlineJLoFan.  Deal is, Jennifer put out a statement verifying the release of Love? this summer.  Catch the statement below:

“I have fulfilled my contractual obligations to Sony/Epic and felt it was time to move on. It was an amicable split not as the media will paint it out to be. I have been with Sony for many years and we achieved great success together. During this period I never stopped the creative process and my album Love? will still be released in the summer of 2010 as planned.”

So uh…who is the new label? Def Jam, independent…what?  What and whoever, Love? is on the map for the summer months.  Problem is, will it do well?  We will see and the numbers will tell.  All hopes go on it doing well.  Just about anyone dropping an album and has put in the work behind it deserves some type of it’s hot coming from somewhere, chart topper or not.

Oh snap, Jennifer Lopez isn’t Fresh Out The Oven on this break from her label because it looks like this J-Lo exiting event was planned for a while now since her first two singles tanked. Inn Rewind, J-Lo and Sony’s Epic were thought to have had some sort of mutual amicable split, but words filling the air from NYDN are that J-Lo was yanked off the label because of the lack of performance on the charts that her music was doing.  I mean, the singles weren’t moonwalking or sprinting, absolutely doing anything up the charts, thus the disappointment.

Anyway, now word is that Def Jam may take up J-Lo or J-Lo herself may end up purchasing Love?, the album that is supposed to drop next, and sell it herself, but who knows?  This is a whole bunch of mess for a woman who already put her performance time in with these two hits misses.  I actually like Louboutins!

So here is the deal with the word on Jennifer Lopez.  J-Lo is said to be switching lanes a bit and headed over to Island Def Jam, and this marks the departure of the Love? maker from her forever label Sony, according to Deadline.  What is the deal behind it?  We can’t say that there is too much drama involved because what it seems is just a mutual understanding and a say lahdeedah.  No enemies made and not regrets either, but one has to wonder about the album Love?.  Does this change anything for the next album IF all this changing record company talking is true between the Lo and Sony?  It very well might, but we will see.

Okay, it’s almost time for Jennifer Lopez to be all the way back, and here is some new music from J-Lo called Greatest Part Of Me.  This track is said to be off of Love? album.

Here is Jennifer Lopez again on the cover of Elle Magazine, and in a very revealing interview with the magazine, J Lo talks more about family and being very traditional, never having a thought about in vitro fertilization for reproduction. Not her style. As a matter of fact, much of her decision for no in vitro weighs heavily on her belief in God who makes it possible, reproduction that is. Jennifer Lopez feels that if pregnancy happens, then God put them there!

It looks like Jennifer Lopez is in love to stay for this time around with Marc Anthony, and this may be some of what J-Lo is talking about in the February issue of Latina magazine.  Of course, Love? is her album title which is due for release this year, so why not talk about it, right…with some Louboutins on the side just in case?
