On to another movie besides Jumping The Broom (May 6th release) that has had chatter since 2010 is the reunion of Angela Bassett, Loretta Devine, Lela Rochon and Whitney Houston in the Waiting To Exhale sequel which will be based off of author Terry McMillan’s latest book Getting To Happy.
The movie has been confirmed to have all the old cast members above, including Forest Whitaker, and this confirmation comes from Angela Bassett as she interviewed on The Talk! Also, Angela Bassett talks growing up in the segregated south of St. Petersburg.
