Get the flip out of here! Shane Sparks has been arrested on child molestation charges. Now the Shane Sparks that is being spoken of here is the judge on America’s Best Dance Crew where he judges with Lil Mama on MTV. According to reports, Shane Sparks has been charged and arrested on nine counts of molestation dating back to 1994. Say what? Yes, that is the report. The bail for Shane, full name, Melvin Shane Sparks, is $590, 000.

This is so unbelievable. Well, not unbelievable as this never could happen, but just dog on unbelievable that it did actually happen – the child molestation arrest. Now of course, one has to be proven guilty, but inquiring minds want to know the full scoop behind this one. If Shane did do this, man…what on earth?? Foul. A lewd act upon a child —-foul!!
Shane Sparks is about 35 years old to the public but 40 years old according to other court documents as they have his date of birth as 1969, therefore, that molestation supposedly took place when he was about 20 years old or ish. Get this though, both of Shane’s parents are reported to be police officers! What! This well known choreographer has much explaining to do as reports are out that the victim of this molestation was said ten years younger than the 20 year old Shane Sparks at the time. Nastiness and heaven help that now grown child.
BTW, Shane Sparks was taken into custody December 18th at 8am.
Okay, so just an update of this whole deal. Yes, the sex of the child was female. There are some questions as to the sex of the minor that has accused Shane Sparks of this felony that happened over the course of about 3 to 4 years – yes – female is the alleged victim. Thing is, this was an ongoing investigation – not just a pop and boom arrest, so there is some back play to all this chaos. Anyway, the female victim was under the age of 15 when this molestation happened. Terrible. Shane was a full grown man.
