Buju Banton, the controversial reggae superstar, is now laid out and planning for 20 years behind bars for being accused of selling cocaine. Honestly, why?? Anyway, according to NYDN, Buju Banton, was arrested under the suspicion of attempting to sell over 10 pounds of cocaine. Buju is a Jamaican star known for his albums such as Rasta Got Soul, which was released back in April in America, Til Shiloh and Inna Heights.
This all took place in Miami Florida where Banton owns home, and if convicted, that is 20 years of federal time meaning that Buju won’t see Jamaica for a long time. Now one of the most controversial songs coming from Banton is Boom Bye Bye and it is because of what some say are stabs at the homosexual community, jabs so hard that could potential cause an erruption of violence against them.
