Teyana Taylor’s Dopelips Officially Down; Monica Ferrari Speaks About Dopelips Shutdown

Okay so as of yesterday, something went down on the Dopelips.com/ Dopelips venture between Monica Ferrari and Teyana Taylor as I brought you in a previous post.  So far there is no…absolutely no word of a return to Dopelips, the lip gloss that was supposed to be available for Christmas buys.

What (was) Dopelips

From the web, Teyana already had the site up and gloss ready with the shades, however, until things change between her and her partner, Ferrari, all things are shut down.  All that is revealed so far is that Teyana Taylor and Monica Ferrari had a big time blow out disagreement and thus the shut down of the whole entire thing.  What the argument was over…no one knows as of yet except for those insiders, and no one has spoken up and spilled the bean exactly but some explanation is given in the update below.

“Teyana is and always will b the s**t 2 me. She is a certified trendsetter and 1 of the most interesting people ive ever met. but Teyana is a whole team so things get complicated. shes got so much going on right now so there was a break down in…… a breakdown in our communication. other people were speaking for her and it got messy. but she works very hard and…and she loves her fans. she is an amazing lady and i will never badmouth her. stuff is just complicated. the entire dopelips thing is on me, i take responsibility. i made the choice not her. so i just hope people realize that. ”
