Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman have had there share of issues as we all know and have known for a while now stemming back to the accusation that he basically beat her down after a party when she wanted to leave his place. Tila’s story says that he didn’t allow her to do so, thus, all the bruises. Remember these things below:
Well now, Tila Tequila is still going after Shawne Merriman for all women who have ever been abused and will give the money, if she wins, to charity…all 1.5 million of it. She also blogs about a new charity that she will be starting while we are on charity, and it is called Jayden’s Angels named after a son Tila Tequila lost when her man at the time basically killed the baby by hitting her in the stomach with a hammer.
“I am doing this to reinstate HOPE for everyone out there who feels like they got “SCREWED OVER” by the legal system. It’s quite ironic because I am not angry or vindictive at all. I am actually very excited about this. If I win or lose, it doesn’t really matter to me. The point is that I gave myself a second chance and proved to myself that I deserve that 2nd chance and I never gave up! No matter how hard it was, I never gave up.”
Tila goes on to say…
“I am suing Shawne Merriman for $1.5 million dollars. If I win this case, I plan on giving away the $1.5 million dollars all to Charity!!!!!”
There you have it. Tila is going after Shawne for 1.5 mill to give to charity calling it “blood money” and to “reinstate hope” to women who believe that they have gotten “screwed over”, but then she does say that she doesn’t care whether or not she wins or loses. Isn’t that whole statement going against the reinstating hope for women when she says that it doesn’t matter win or lose?
Really, in the situation and context that Tila is saying this in, the point is winning the whole case or honestly, you are still getting screwed over- first by your ex man and then by more men of the law- that is if everything is true about the attack. Question mark? The point is win, and Tila should care, win or lose, because winning a case against violence is a great case to score against abuse.
BTW, Shawne Merriman was cleared of all wrongdoing so far.
