Alicia Keys is right now known for being at the center of love and divorce relationship between Swizz Beatz and his wife, the voice singing in Empire with Jay-Z, and while being a very noted artist already, she is making a statement by dropping that next album on World Aids Day.
Called The Element of Freedom to release on December 1st, Alicia Keys wrote in her blog that she wants to “bring forth awareness about the AIDS work” she does. This is why she goes into the whole Keep A Child Alive Black Ball going on October 15th in NY.
Alicia founded Keep A Child Alive and during the event, she will be performing with John Mayer and more, with Queen Latifah as the emcee. It is all in the name of love, helping those suffering and in need.
Speaking of all that good stuff…there is more. AK Worldwide has been launched by Alicia Keys and it is basically what she wanted to do for projects beyond music. Besides her AIDS work, Alicia Keys has started The Barber’s Daughters which is jewelry with hope wrapped all in the message and I Am Superwoman based on women and their inspiration.
Well, it looks like love is love for Alicia Keys, a more agape love for people in general.
