Okay so when the song Obsessed was released, it seemed very obvious that the man Mariah Carey was dissin about his obsession with her is Eminem. Eminem was the perfect match for the song, describing him exactly, right?
Well, there is another story about where the song Obsessed derived according to Nick Cannon, the hubby of the songstress, Mariah Carey. Nick says that Mariah Carey “is not beefin , she’s a vegetarian“ and that the song actually came from a line the movie Mean Girls. “Art imitates Life” Cannon went on to say as he explained that the concept came from the movie. Well, that concept turned into a big pimp slap diss on Eminem, but Mariah definitely isn’t obsessing about it, now is she? Nope…she just has to get her diss on in a shoot dressed as well – Em. Can’t be a diss now, can it?
