It's showbiz, but fans were not giving her an excuse for being late for the Tyra Banks show after they'd waited for two hours. The reason they were infuriated was not all in part to the wait, but because they reportedly heard Tyra in the back of the set, not in any rush, but talking and laughing. Fans got very angry even further when she had the audience walk down the street to release black balloons in representation of black models after waiting for 2 hours for her to show up.

Tyra had been reportedly labeled a "phony"due to a general I don't care about my fans attitude, according to reports, after she came out on stage without an apology to the crowd.

Nothing was stated about what exactly was going on back behind the curtain though there was dialogue being heard by the audience, therefore, it is hard to say whether or not the talking was in fact just chit chat or work related be it with wardrobe etc. But who knows, right? Hopefully, it was something legit. Only Tyra, the staff and the angered fans.
