McCain - Caught Up In A Lawsuit During Election Year

With all the talk about his ads going around about Obama, one would think that McCain's camp had all their bases covered, but that isn't quite so. According to MTV, there has been a lawsuit filed against McCain coming from Jackson Browne. Reason for the suit...the use of his song "Running On Empty" without permission. That lawsuit could be a big one being that well, McCain knows the law...or should...about the grand copyright. Apparently, no one in the camp at all got permission to use the song.
Sounds like if McCain produces another ad, this time, it may be without music. For more info, visit MTV.
This is the THIRD time McCain's people have used music or videotape without permission in the last month or so!
