Black Magic is causing quite a stir in the Congo. According to Reuters, there is a theft going on that is being traced back to witchcraft. What this Black Magic is doing is shrinking and even stealing the male private parts.

Some reports have been that the witches have simply touched them and, as a result, their male privates have disappeared or gotten tiny. The men who have been touched truly believe this has happened to their privates and no one can tell them otherwise as stated by this police chief, Oleko:

"But when you try to tell the victims that their p------s are still there, they tell you that it's become tiny or that they've become impotent. To that I tell them, 'How do you know if you haven't gone home and tried it',"
