Well, at least that is what the word is about him lately. Akon, known by his Konvict verses, has now spoken up about doing something that has never been done before. He's going country, but the only thing is, he isn't going to release his name. It will be alias.

Now, its difficult to make it as big as Akon has in hiphop and survive without just being a one hit wonder, so if he does make it big in country western, this will be a first for any hip hop artist.

He says the record is already made. The name of it - we don't really know yet, but hopefully, it is a good one once heard.  One thing is for sure, his competition is fierce!
